Chrysler Canada Pavilion

Floor to ceiling windows offer a view of the harbour and an island. The room has polished concrete flooring, and the ceiling is exposed.
The room is set for a reception with white club chairs and sofas around two glass top coffee tables and tall decorated cruisers tables. A large seating chart is displayed on a set of white frames.
Tradeshow booths with blue skirted tables and two chairs each are divided by pipe and blue drapes. Two rectangular tables are set in centre of the room for beverage and snack stations.

Kenneth C. Rowe Hall

Tall clear bar tables and cruiser tables with blue linens have white bar stools for seating. The tables are decorated with blue linens, globe centerpiece and bud vases facing a stage with blue up lights.
The venue is set for an awards banquet with oval tables, banquet chairs, and centerpieces on each table. A built-in stage is visible and contains a podium, projection screen and an awards table.
